Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Most Era69 purchases are standard one-time purchases. Some products may also be offered as a pre-order, subscription, or other purchase option if clearly shown at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If an item is sold as a pre-order, the estimated shipping window will be shown on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment for pre-orders is collected when the order is placed.

You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped by contacting support@era69.co with your order number.

Once a pre-order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If there is a significant delay before your pre-order ships, we will contact you and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel for a refund.

Subscriptions

If you purchase an Era69 subscription, the billing schedule, delivery frequency, price, and product details will be shown before checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the frequency selected at checkout.

You can manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription portal. This may include updating your payment method, changing your shipping address, skipping an order, pausing, changing, or cancelling your subscription.

Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the next order is processed or billed.

Once a subscription order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, that order cannot be cancelled. Eligible returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription stops future subscription orders. It does not cancel, refund, or return any order that has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Try Before You Buy

Era69 does not currently offer try-before-you-buy.

If this option is ever offered, the trial period, payment timing, return deadline, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.
