Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and any protective seal or shrink wrap is intact.

Because Era69 is made for intimate skin, opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

To start a return, submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at support@era69.co with your order number.

If your return is approved, Era69 will provide a prepaid return label. A $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our mistake.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the eligible product price only.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@era69 Please include your order number, a photo of the item, a photo of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Opened, used, tested, unsealed, or tampered-with products cannot be returned due to scent preference, texture preference, warming sensation, skin feel, or change of mind.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Era69 may offer different prices, bundles, promotions, or product sizes over time. Future price changes, promotions, bundles, or product size changes do not qualify past orders for refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
